Concept2BikeErg

Has had the Concept2 BikeErg three years and about 10 million meters with no issues; only cleaning and monitor batteries, and would buy another.

“I’ve had it 3 years, somewhere around 10,000,000 meters and no issues at all. Only maintenance has been cleaning it, changing batteries in the monitor. Couldn’t be happier with it.”

REP FitnessREP AB-5200 2.0

Owns the AB-5200 2.0, calls it a tank that takes anything and is very pleased with its build quality, padding and cover.

“I’d go with what I own: Rep 5200 2.0. It is a tank and will take anything I throw at it. I’m fortunate to have ways to do all the things the attachments for other benches do.”

REP FitnessREP Ares 2.0

Loves their 93-inch Ares 2.0: good stretch on lat pulldowns, rows are okay, their Nighthawk fits inside the rack, and REP support has been phenomenal.

“You’re right about the buy once option. I expect this thing to outlive me. It’s very nice, REP customer service is phenomenal, and I currently have no real complaints.”

Force USAG3

Loves their Force USA G3: very sturdy and fairly simple to install, but the 2x2 uprights with 5/8-inch holes mean most attachments must come from Force USA.

“I love it. Force USA G3. Extremely sturdy, 11 gauge steel, relatively simple install. Only thing is that it's 2x2 uprights with 5/8-inch holes so most of the attachments have to come from Force USA directly”

Force USAM20

One of the first M20 owners; loves it and has no buyer's remorse, though the leg holder/low-row footplate has been back-ordered.

“the M20 and I did a breakdown on Reddit and YouTube. I freaking love that machine. It’s one of the few expensive purchases I made that I don’t have buyers remorse.”

REP FitnessREP Athena Functional Trainer

Just assembled a wall-mounted REP Athena; heavier handle attachments lift the headplate, which REP says happens above about 3.5 lb, so they plan to buy lighter attachments.

“I just got done assembling my REP Athena wall-mounted rack, and when I attach handle attachments, such as the triangle row, they are heavy enough to make the headplate float a bit which I don't like.”

Titan FitnessTitan X-3 Folding Power Rack

Installed a Titan X-3 folding rack around a doorway with the uprights folding outward; despite stringers on only one or two studs on one side, it is very stable and sturdy, and they recommend it for the money.

“I am extremely happy with this unit and shocked at the stability. It is a very sturdy rack and if installed correctly, even in a unique way like this is, you cant beat it for the money.”

Force USACompact Leg Press & Hack Squat

Their back-ordered 2027 Compact Leg Press arrived scratched with a bent upright, the hardware bags didn't match the steps and the diagram-only instructions were poor; assembly took 2.5 hours. Rates packaging 5/10 and instructions 2/10.

“this thing was beat to hell with scuffs and scratches all over it. Kind of frustrating to wait for a back ordered product this long and it come in scratched up. All apparently cosmetic at least.”

BowflexSelectTech 552

Their Bowflex 552 adjustable dumbbells have been great, though they plan to move to fixed dumbbells eventually.

“I have a set of Bowflex 552 adjustable dumbbells right now, and they have been great, but I definitely want to move to a fixed dumbbell set eventually.”
